FAQs

Do you have a showroom?

We will!  We have just moved to a new location and are still setting up. We hope to have our patio furniture is on display as soon as possible.  In the meantime, we would be happy to pull out any of the sets you may be interested in to take a look at.

Feel free to stop by and browse our merchandise, or if you are looking for something in particular, email or call us and we can have it pulled ahead of time. 

 

Can I reserve an item and pay in person?

Yes, please call or email us to reserve the item.  We will hold an item for you for up to 24 hours. If the item is not picked up by then, it will be made available again for purchase. Payment can be made at time of pick up.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, cash and credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). At this time we are not able to accept personal or business checks.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items with electric components.  Patio furniture is non refundable.

 

Do you offer any warranties?

 We are not affiliated with any particular brand.  Buyers should look to the product manufacturer for all additional warranties, if any.
