What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of name brand indoor and outdoor furniture, home essentials, toys and more; The same items typically found in big box, membership, and home improvement stores. We're a unique, small family retail business offering shoppers in the North Jersey area a stress free and less hectic shopping experience in our brick-and-mortar location. Our inventory is always changing therefore stop in frequently to see what's new or what you missed last visit!

Where are you located?
We are located next door to the Andover Post Office in the Grist Mill Plaza in Andover, NJ. Our storefront does not face the main road. We offer in store shopping, pick up and local delivery options.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). We do not accept personal or business checks, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or other online cash apps at this point in time. We do not offer any financing options at this time.

Do you offer delivery for larger items I cannot take home?
We offer local delivery options for purchases of $100+ made in-store. For more details, please call or email us.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money back return policy for in-store purchases with the exception of assembled indoor and outdoor furniture. All assembled indoor and outdoor furniture is final sale. We accept returns up to 30 days for items purchases on eBay. Please call or email for a more detailed list of items that are not returnable. 

Can I reserve an item and pay in person?
Yes, please call us to reserve an item.  We will hold an item for you for up to 24 hours. If the item is not picked up by then, it will be made available again to the public for purchase. Payment may be made at time of pick up.

Do you offer any warranties?
Ashley Furniture Products Only: We offer a one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase on all Ashley Furniture products.

All other products: As a third party seller, we are not affiliated with any other particular brand or manufacturer. Buyers should look to the product manufacturer for all applicable warranties, if any.
